Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Teknik Salon, we reserve time exclusively for each client. To respect our team's time and ensure availability for all guests, we ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking.
Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment are at risk of forfeiting your deposit.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, any deposit paid will be forfeited in full.
Groupon Appointments
If you have purchased a Groupon voucher and do not attend your scheduled appointment, your Groupon will be redeemed and will no longer be valid for future use.
Pre-Paid Packages
If you have purchased a pre-paid package and do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your session will be forfeited and will no longer be valid for future use.
How to Cancel
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone at 519-748-2182 as early as possible so we can accommodate other clients and reshedule your appoinment if desired.
