"I’ve had my Great Length extensions for close to a month now and love them as much as the day Vince put them it.
A week before the bonding I had a consultation with Vince. Vince and other staff at Teknik were very involved in choosing the correct colour and making sure I was fully aware of how to care for Great Lengths extensions.
The application took approx 3 hours, which can seem daunting. However, Vince was very attentive. He constantly made sure I was comfortable and gave me breaks when needed.
I had my first bond check up last week. I was surprised that the check ups only take a few minutes. One of my biggest concerns going into this was the foreseeable maintenance and time that I assumed it would take to care for extensions. However, the only change in my routine is it takes me slightly longer to blow dry my hair in the morning.

"I was greeted warmly when I entered the salon, my coat taken and offered a drink (coffee, latte). My stylist was friendly, listened to me and
then asked questions to better understand what I wanted. When I had a pedicure and manicure at an earlier date I was treated with
kindness and consideration. The staff do go beyond some other salons I have been to so that the clientele are comfortable.
Product is suggested but never forced on the client. I will definately be back!"

"Thought you should hear this story - I've been telling it for months.
After work one night I stopped by Teknik to price ceramic straighteners because the one I'd been using was on it's last leg. Joe greeted me at the
door, asking if he could help me. I told him what I was looking for, and he sat me down in his chair, ran a couple different straighteners through my
hair, AND showed me some products to maximize the straighteners potential. He was incredible. I've never experienced such fantastic customer service
before. The salon was busy, but Joe made time for me, and made me feel like MY business was important to him. I, of course, bought a straightener and
some product - both of which were exactly what I was hoping for, and I've told tons of people about how great my experience at Teknik was.
Congratulations to Joe for making me feel like my hair was as important to him as it is to me. Teknik has a great atmosphere, and I'm sure all your
customers appreciate your hard work. You're doing a great job, guys!"

"I visited the salon once, several years ago, and I was very happy, but I moved away and lost touch. Only recently was I able to return,
and I am unbelievably happy with my hair.
Pavla is incredible! I have thin lifeless hair and I am not a twenty-something anymore (or thirty or forty for that matter), and what I usually
get is an "old fashioned" hair style and blah colour. Pavla has such an amazing sense of style and knowledge and a wicked sense of humour.
She is fast and amazingly accurate and she just knows what looks good on a person....she really cuts to suit a face and personality.
I am very very satisfied with the comfortable treatment I receive at Teknik, from the reception, right through to the end of my visit.

I was in about 2 weeks ago and since that date, I have gotten so many compliments on the colour
